Here's Comics Scene's relatively lightweight coverage of the 1982 film. It offers insight into the writing of the comic, a little photo preview of the film, and some rather tedious coverage of the merchandising and whatnot. It's funny to read that they planned four sequels, when they couldn't even get one sequel right.
